Cineridos, Platero Cool Books, 2022.

Cineridos was an ambitious, personal and essential project in my life as an illustrator. Before its creation, I thought about carrying out an editorial project that was truly mine, that made me feel like myself and that would bear my stamp. And that’s how it was born, the result of choosing a compendium of great films of all time to pay tribute to through poetry and illustration. I was inspired by the movie posters that have flooded my life over the years, by those almost collages that represent everything they are and that in a single image, you see through it, and you imagine the movie. This is what we try to do with Cineridos, through my style of digital illustration, paying homage to Cinema in all its forms through the arts.

Cineridos fue un proyecto ambicioso, personal y esencial en mi vida de ilustradora. Ante de su creación, pensaba en realizar un proyecto editorial que fuera verdaderamente mío, que me hiciera sentir yo y que llevara mi sello. Y fue así como nació, fruto de la elección de un compendio de grandes películas de todos los tiempos a las que rendir tributo mediante la poesía y la ilustración. Me inspiré en los carteles de cine que han inhundado mi vida a través de los años, en esos casi collages que representan todo lo que son y que en una sola imagen, ves a través de ella, y te imaginas la película. Es lo que tratamos de hacer con Cineridos, a través de mi estilo de  ilustración digital, homenajeando al Cine en todas sus formas a través de las artes.
